2. What are you looking for?

We want to make sure every property we show you is exactly what you are looking for. Let us know how many bedrooms, what type of kitchen or what price range you are interested in and we’ll do the rest.

We aim for the highest quality rental process possible, and take time to understand timescales, availability and needs.

3. Showing you properties

We can show you properties at almost any time of the day, including evenings or weekends.

Our professional and friendly consultants know the properties and clients they work with very well. They will always come with you when viewing a property, so they can answer any questions you might have.

They will also be able to tell you what the typical costs for the property are, and what is included in the rental price.

4. Submitting your interest

After you have found a property that fits all your requirements, Clarke and Lloyd will submit your interest and offer to the owner.

5. Agreeing a rent cost

Once the rent costs have been agreed, Clarke and Lloyd will:

  • Take references from the tenant
  • Give the tenant the contract to be signed and returned
  • Take the 1st month’s rent and the deposit ( 4-6 week rent)

6. Completion / Check-In

If all the paperwork is completed, and both parties are happy, we can give you the keys and you can move you in through 3rd party inventory company
